We have held "The 2nd oxide device meeting"sponsoring by Shimane Industrial Promotion Foundation (Shimane University).

We exhibited "Let's touch the light emitting semiconductor" at 2001 Science festival for cheldren (Kunibiki Messe) .
Hundreds of cheldren were visited to our booth a day and enjoied the experiments using LED and optical fibers.
